Corporate Functions: We have decades of experience in structuring and strengthening teams (often innovation-oriented) in areas like Omnichannel, Marketing, Finance (FP&A, Controlling, Consolidation, Tax, and Treasury), Technology, and their respective leadership roles, both at headquarters and in shared service centers and countries. We also cover the finance area for Operations and Production, where we've gained significant experience in selecting finance business partners and plant controlling profiles.
Retail: We've supported major multinationals in implementing omnichannel strategies, e-commerce, and retail digitalization, focusing on highly specialized roles, including change management (e.g., in retail excellence and performance). We've gained pan-European experience in selecting roles, including commercial and operations in retail, such as store manager, deputy store manager, area manager, and back office manager.
Operations & SCM: Furthermore, we oversee operations, supply chain, and manufacturing, both in relation to innovation areas (like the launch of new IT systems for supply chain topics, enterprise performance management, warehousing, and production) and assisting in the search for more traditional roles in engineering and sectors related to leather goods and footwear. This includes areas of demand planning and process automation.
